The purpose of the Crossroads Community Block Watch Program is to deter the fear and incidence of crime in our community. The use of citizen volunteers who are committed, dedicated, and willing to take responsibility for implementing and maintaining the Block Watch Program is a mojor factor. 
District Police personnel also assist us by "working together" to reduce crime in our community.
